Purpose
This machine is used to produce shopping bags (T-shirt bags) with HDPE and LDPE plastic films; it adopts one-step molding technology to continuously conduct covering, cutting and punching in one time with colorfully printed/non-printed plastic films.
Performance & Feature
This machine adopts microcomputer control, electric eye tracking, frequency control of motor speed, high parking, instantaneous stop and feeding and automatic counting function, making use of “gas cylinder��?to conduct the punching and cutting of bag opening, conveyor belt to transmit finished products. The products are neat, stiff and smooth with high efficiency.
Remark
If the hydraulic punching device is closed, this machines can produce flat-rim bags. It is recommended to employ 4 channels to feed materials with double-knife punching and cutting; if the production width exceeds 250mm, you can choose 2 channels for material feeding with single-knife punching and cutting.
